Terms of Service

1. The service

NabGig is a venue that connects clients and independent workers. NabGig is not a party to agreements between users and does not employ workers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and verify your identity.

3. Payments

All payments for jobs found on NabGig must go through NabGig. Fees: 6% client service fee, 10% worker commission (5% for Pro on repeat clients). Pro is $29/month, cancel anytime.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own conduct, work quality, licenses, taxes and insurance. Prohibited: licensed trades, childcare and illegal services at launch.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NabGig is not liable for users' acts or for indirect damages. [Attorney to complete.]
