What is NabGig?
NabGig is a global marketplace for local jobs. Clients post paid jobs and nearby workers accept them, or workers post offers and clients book them. Everyone sets their own search radius.
How much does NabGig cost?
Joining is free. Clients pay a 6% service fee. Workers pay a 10% commission only when paid. NabGig Pro costs $29/month and lowers the fee on repeat clients to 5%.
Where is NabGig available?
Anywhere. You set a radius around your ZIP or city. Launch marketing focuses on New York City, Miami, Dallas–Fort Worth and Atlanta.
What jobs can I post or do?
At launch: laundry, lawn care, snow removal, car wash, errands and shopping, pet walking, moving help and cleaning.
How do payments work?
The client pays up front through NabGig. Funds are held until the job is marked done, then released to the worker. Payments must stay on NabGig.
Is NabGig safe?
Users verify their identity, have public profiles with photos and reviews, chat inside the app, and pay through held payments. Report problems in the app.
How do I become a worker?
Tap "Offer a service" on the homepage, verify your ID, set your radius and accept jobs or post your own offers.
What is NabGig Pro?
A $29/month plan for people building a business on NabGig: storefront page, booking calendar, quotes and invoices, client list and a 5% fee on repeat clients. Cancel in one click.
Is NabGig like TaskRabbit?
Both sides can post on NabGig, prices are fixed per job, and workers pay only when they get paid. There are no lead fees.
